Below is the summary of the portstatsshow - interesting (as I suspect) the high increment at 08 seems to be mostly

traffic on VC0, which is management traffic (switch to switch and Management Server and Common Transport):

So, there is a latency on VC0 - which fits the picture of buffer credit to zero increase on VC0, too. I am looking at your data, in parallel you can see if there which F-port which are showing increase in buffer credit to zero around 0800 in the morning, too?
