After upgrade firmware, I cannot login on the switch!

I have SAN switch 5000 with firmware 5.3.0 I upgraded firmware to 6.0.1а and all passed ok! Then I upgraded firmware to 6.4.0а and all passed ok again. But after that I cannot login to the switch! Switch is booting normally, normally loading configuration. But none of the passwords are not suitable. Not suitable default passwords. What should I do? How to recover control of the switch?

Re: After upgrade firmware, I cannot login on the switch!

sheff,

this can be caused by the current loaded Java release.

are you by 1.5.x or by 1.6.x ?

Delete the Java Cache, and Browser history and ty now.

If you are satisfied with the responses please mark as 'Answered'.

Re: After upgrade firmware, I cannot login on the switch!

Ok.

they can tried follow, reboot the switch is possible, Remove/Disconnect a LAN management Cable wait 10 Minute's, connect Serial Cable, select correct Serial Parameters, and tried now to connect as root.

If this procedure failed, then you have as mention to procede whit Recovery.
