7500e Route Multiple Fabrics

Is it possible to route multiple seperate fabrics through the 7500e router? I know that I can create multiple FCIP tunnels, but what I'd like to do is route Fabric A over Tunnel1 and Fabric B over Tunnel2.

FABRIC A (LOCAL) --> 7500e (Local) FC Port 0 and GE Port 0 --> WAN NETWORK <-- 7500e (REMOTE) FC Port 0 and GE Port 0 <-- FABRIC A ( REMOTE)

FABRIC B (LOCAL) --> 7500e (Local) FC Port 1 and GE Port 1 --> WAN NETWORK <-- 7500e (REMOTE) FC Port 1 and GE Port 1 <-- FABRIC B ( REMOTE)

I've tried setting them up, and can create the tunnels, but I can't seem to get the fabrics to route independantly.

I think 99,99% yes, but in a different Port Zoning.
