syslog unable to retrieve information


 hello  i have two 6520 sanswitch 

 

 i unable syslog setting

 

 look like this 

 

 admin > syslogadmin --show -ip

 

 Unable to retrieve information.

 

 admin > syslogadmin --set -ip 1.1.1.1

 

 Unable to process this operation.

 

 what shoud i do ?

 

 * firmware : v7.4.1b

Hello,

 

It is looking like that something is wrong around the Compact Flash.

Regarding recovery, you can try a hareboot.

If it is not sufficient to restore and allow syslogadmin commands to complete you may need to schedule a maintenance window in order to reboot the switch.
