The first thing I would check is the compatability of the 2400s Fabric OS with the Fabric OS of the 3250. If the 2400 is at a level that is supported with the 325, then check the normal things: Domain IDs are unique, zoning tables are the same, etc.

All of the switches should have the same PID setting, if you make isls. You can check it by running the "configshow" commandTo change the pid format you should disable the switch which means the hosts which are connected can be affected.
