Thank you for your kind reply.
You mentioned as Hardware defective.
So, We did check that switch status and error message from Brocade switch.
But, That Brocade switch looks like the normal status and range.
And, It keeps flashing an error message that buffer I/O error on device hda2 logical block 50.
Where can we find the cause of the problem?
What is the recommended solution of the problem?

The brocade switch has a compact flash card which holds all the code and loads the modified linux operating system, which we know as FOS.
The error you report suggests that this card/disk has bad blocks.
The best possible action I'd suggest is to send supportsave to your OEM vendor or to Brocade support if you have seperate contract.
Its very likely that they will replace the switch. Do it soon as you would want to avert an impending failure.

I have faced similar issue, we could not find any error, we logged a call to sw vendor, and they logged the call with brocade at the back end. Brocade told us to provide the out put of some command through root's one time password, given by brocade at the time of purchase.
They found some CRC error and replaced the SW. So as biju said, do it asap.
