Hello Anwar! What firmware lever are you running ? The message you are facing is related to internal ASIC to ASIC communication. More information on this you may find here: http://community.brocade.com/t5/Fibre-Channel-SAN/5300-ASIC-Layout/td-p/21206 My experience with this message is that in some firmware levels (mainly in 6.2 to 6.4) this *MAY* be a stuck VC in internal links. In my environments i usually do a hardware health check in order to assure that there is no HW malfunction and after that, I usually enable the bottleneckmon (bottleneckmon --enable) and bottleneckmon's cfgcredittools (bottleneckmon --cfgcredittools -intport -recover onLrOnly) function (this was changed to another command in newer fw versions).
