Trunk grouping -verification

I inherited a bunch of DCX switches and they are connected via a fully meshed fabric, two ISLs per switch.  When I checked it looks like the ISL connections are not grouped, each ISL is a master.  It is my inderstaning that trunk groups have to be in the same portset(???) in other words ports 0-7, 8-15, 16-23 etc.  Can you please verify that the reason my ISLs won't trunk is because they are not in the same group of ports?

Re: Trunk grouping -verification

Yes, these port groups are called "trunk groups" for exactly that reason.
