Switchname not displayed in email alert

Can anyone advise where to update the sendmail process so that when an email alert is sent, it arrives with the switchname showing as the from account in the email.

In the Admin gui we have the switchname set and this displays on the switch info. Our other switches all have the name displayed when the email comes through to our inbox.

Did you ever find a solution to this? I also need to change the sender email.
