Or lookup the syntax in the command reference guide
Its has many options. Depending on your desires you may need to execute a couple of times.
For instance if you may want to block snmpv1/2c as you're using v3.

As dion said . You can use snmpconfig. Here is little more detail.
snmpconfig --set snmpv3
SNMP Informs Enabled (true, t, false, f):
SNMPv3 user configuration(snmp user not configured in FOS user database will have physical AD and admin role as the default):
Auth Protocol : (1..3) 1
New Auth Passwd: (authtest) <abc123>
Verify Auth Passwd: (authtest) <abc123>
Priv Protocol ): (1..6) 1
New Priv Passwd: (privtest) <xyz123>
Verify Priv Passwd: (privtest) <xyz123>
Similarly, you set the auth and priv passwd for snmpuser1.
SNMPv3 trap recipient configuration:
Trap Recipient's IP address :
Trap recipient Severity level : (0..5)
Trap recipient Port : (0..65535)

I'm not sure and haven't bothered to look it up, but i believe setting option for v1 apply to v2c aswell.
