Reassigning ports to different zones.

We have a couple of 2400's and a 3200 configured with 1 fabric and 3 zones. One of the zones only contains 2 ports. I would like to first remove that zone and reassign the ports to another zone. My question is can I do this w/o interrupting service to my other servers and have the ports available in the new zone? They are a mixture of Novell 4.x, 5.x, Windows NT & 2K with some Sun Solaris V8 thrown in. The firmare on the switches is as follows.

Re: Reassigning ports to different zones.

Yes you can do this. Just create the new zone, or add the ports an existing zone, before removing them from the old zone. The steps would be:You may see a warning message about duplicate entries after step two. You can ignore it since you be removing the duplicate in steps 3 and 4.
