Not receiving email alerts from brocade switches from BNA

We are not receiving email alerts from brocade switches,test email is not getting triggered from Brocade Network Advisor.

do you means that:

 

1. You are not receiving mails from BNA triggered from the switches?

 

2. The test mail from BNA are not received either?

1) Not receiving the BNA triggered alerts.
2) Test email is received
