Our DCX switch with FOS 6.3.1b keeps reporting "SNMP-1008" messages similar as:
SNMP-1008 Message , , ,, INFO, , The last device change happened at: ...
The switch log almost be filled up by the kind of message, which does it mean and imply ? and is there any workround to suppress it?
I check all components status on this switch but no any failure found.

Check the output of fabriclog -s
You might be able to observe some port flapping, ie. some port transitioning from offline to online and vice versa.
If the port is empty, disable it with portcfgpersistentdisable portnumber else troubleshoot as to why the port is flapping.

We found one of port logged a huge messages as:
*Remove all nodes from port
SCN Port offline;g=0x16ab0
*Remoing all nodes from port
SCN LR_PORT (0);g=0x16ab0
SCN Port Online;g=0x16ab0
Port Elp engaged
SCN Port F_Port
....repeated above message....
What does above error messages indicate ? This port in error is connected by a storage port, but no any zone bind to the port so far,I checked the switch log,no any errors point to this port.

What does above error messages indicate ?
This indicates that the port is flapping. Its impossible that there are no errors in porterrshow when you say that you can see it flapping continuously.
The flapping could be due to media (cable, sfp), port settings on either the storage or the switch itself.
The aim should not be to stop the SNMP messages but to stop this port from flapping. Coz some day this message could save you a downtime.
