Does your 5100 have a zoning config on it already?
If it doesn't you can ISL the 4700 to the 5100 and the 5100 should pick up the 4700s zoning entries.

You should be able to connect the two via ISL (will require interop mode).
Once the 4700 and 5100 have connected and everything is working properly, you should see the new zoning entries in the 5100. You can now remove the ISL or keep it up and running. Then you can migrate your connections to the 5100 as needed. Keep in mind that you will need to be using WWN zoning and not Domain/Port based zoning.
I don't remember if the 4700 forced you into Domain/Port but I don't think so.

Thanks again, I thought of migrating the zoning configuration to new switch and then change the switches to make it simple for me but it looks like i need to ISL them.
Appreciated your help.
