Feedback requested on FOS security

Hi All,

I wrote a little article on FOS security w.r.t. to an enhancement I requested a while ago and I would like some feedback on that.

Can you check out the article and vote on the poll?

Thanks,

Erwin

Re: Feedback requested on FOS security

Hi,

I voted so I guess you got some page views and ad income :)

Fail2ban is not the perfect tool either - it for example still doesn't support IPv6. https://github.com/fail2ban/fail2ban/issues/39

It is a python program, so then I guess Brocade would have to install python on the switches too. Or is that already installed?

You could expand on the wrapping logfiles. Isn't syslog the solution for this?
