Fabric commands not working

The  zoning related commands are not working. It keeps telling fabric is busy

this can may have several reason, and in some case "saied with care" help simple to reboot the switch

Look for any outstanding transacions on every switch in that fabric. (cfgtransshow --opentrans)

 

If that command reports a switch has an outstanding transaction which is abortable, login to that switch and issue "cfgtransabort" . You shoul dbe OK after that.

 

If that doesn't help you have to reboot that switch.
