You will use the FTP get subcommand to move the file from the switch to the FTP server. You will need the root password for the Brocade switch to get the file you need.
ftp> 192.168.1.1 <IP of the brocade switch>
ftp> name : root <username with root privelges on switch>
ftp> password: therootpassword <the password for root login>
ftp> Guest login ok, access restrictions apply.
ftp> cd /user/bin <change to the dir where the file is located>
ftp> Mode set to binary
ftp> get yyyy.txt
200 PORT command successful.
150 ASCII data connection for yyyy.txt (192.168.1.1,3134) (75650 bytes).
226 ASCII Transfer complete.
Now, if you are trying to move the switch config file from the switch to a ftp server, Brocade has provided the command to do that with: 'configupload -all'. This will interactively prompt you for credentials, and will move the config file from the switch to the ftp server, and save it in the directory where the ftp default downloads are kept.
Protocol (scp, ftp, sftp, local) [ftp]: ftp
Server Name or IP Address [host]: 10.1.2.3 <the FTP server>
User Name [user]: UserFoo
Path/Filename [<home dir>/config.txt]: switchConfig.txt
Section (all|chassis|FID# [all]): all

The easier way is to use the confgupload CLI as covered by doc in the previous post.
But if you want to move the yyyy.txt file stored on the switch, you will need root login on the switch and use ftp as below (the local storage for yyyy.txt is /var/config):
SW6510_1:FID128:root> configlist -local
yyyy.txt 42499 2017 Oct 03 09:43
SW6510_1:FID128:root> ftp 192.168.172.154
Connected to 192.168.172.154 (192.168.172.154).
