So the next greenhorn question. Were can i find a detailed docu about
configuring extended fabric license for ISL on e.g. Port 0 on a brocade.
I trying to optimize the latency between two location. Thanks for help.

As far as I know: You can not optimize the latency between your buildings. Light takes a while until it reaches the destination ports. It is just physics.
If your longdisatnce link are configure with LD mode than the switches had choosen the optimal parameters for the link. This command depend also on your hardware how long and how many buffers you can reserve to a specific port.
You can optimize throughput on your longdistance link. But this will only have success if your application will send many small frames.
Use the command portcfglongdistance and choose a higher distance level. This will increase the amount of buffers.
Check with portbuffershow how many buffer are allocated per port.
WHat is your distance between both buildings? And which kind of link and hardware is in place?
