We had decommisioned a SilkWorm 3850 Fibre Channel Switch and it appears the unit was not using our standard password. Before we can sell the unit we need to clear all of the configuration information.
How do you go about reseting the passwords and deleting all of the configuration data?

Actually after looking for the correct terminal configuration I found a document that detailed the password recovery process.
So the only thing I still need is how to wipe all of the configuration information on the switch.

The configremoveall command is not available for me. "rbash: configremoveall: command not found"

The chassis name is not a part of the config. Your must this change manually with the command "chassisname"
This is the reason that the command configremoveall dont reset it.

So there is no 1 command to restore the entire device back to its original factory settings.
ie: 1 command to make it as if I had just purchased the device at the store.
If that is the case then maybe a drill bit would be the best way to dispose of it.
