Another ConfigUpload/Download is in progress

Hi,

Trying to upload a SAN Switch config to a Windows host yet each time I try I get the message  "Another ConfigUpload/Download is in progress" via webtools and via CLI the session appears to hang.

I know that nobody else is running one at the same time as myself as I am the only one with access at present.

Looking through the output of 'i', I can't identify which process would correlate to this.

Any ideas on how to clear this ConfigUpload/Download which appears to be in progress or is there a timeout somewhere (bear in mind I have been looking into this for over 1.5hrs already so I'm guessing it's not a short timescale)

What type of switch/director is this on?

If it is a director, have you attempted an hafailover?

Re: Another ConfigUpload/Download is in progress

Hi Luke,

Looks like revisiting the SAN switches today, whatever was in progress has possiblt timed out as I can no complete the Uploads.

Thanks for replying.

Re: Another ConfigUpload/Download is in progress

Hi,

I have a similar issued with a Brocade 5100. Several upload config process stay in background.

I used the top command to watch and kill the processes that were executing.
