First, apologies for the confusion regarding TAC! It stands for Technical Assistance Center, or simply, Brocade Technical Support.

Both links have the option to use MyBrocade, our self-service case management portal. The second link has phone numbers to call into Support directly (which we highly recommend for Priority 1 or 2 cases, or for time sensitive issues).
