These error messages could be caused by bad line cards or could simply be a software problem, I would suggest in the first instance that you upgrade to target path software for your SX 1600, this will depend on which version of modules you have in your switch.
There is a knowledge base artice to assist with identifying the generation of SX module, log into Knowledge Base and search for 000007629.
