sending logging cli-command to only syslog and not to local buffer

I wanted to know if anyone has any experience on how to only send cli-commands logged to only the syslog and not the local buffer. The hardware is a netiron running 5200e. Based on my research it does not appear that this can be done and that once logging cli-command is enacted it sends all valid cli-commands entered to both the syslog and the local buffer.

Re: sending logging cli-command to only syslog and not to local buffer

Hi snewman,

The only thing I can think of is instead of using "logging cli-commands" use "aaa accounting commands...." to send to RADIUS or TACACS+ (not sure if syslog is available on the Netirons for this command (syslog with aaa is not supported for fastiron)

Thanks

Michael.
