is-is metric-style transition from narrow to wide

Has anybody transitioned from narrow to wide for their is-is metric-style on a live network?

I saw Cisco has metric-style 'transition' which can accept narrow and wide while you are doing a transition.

I see Brocade does not have any documentation that it can support such a style.

I am not using any of MPLS-TE yet, but plan to after I change to wide. So if I do transition from narrow to wide, there are still devices that are using narrow, and not using any MPLS-TE yet, then will I be running into any problems while I am transitioning to wide on a Brocade network?
