Re: ip route not working

[ Edited ]

Hello Johnson,

Sounds like ICMP is not enabled on the PC. Have you tried to ping VE 201 from the PC? I see arp has resolved successfully so no connection issues from the switch perspective.

You can also try to ping the internet using VE 201 as a source if you are running a routing code on the ICX.

Kind Regards,

Os

Re: ip route not working

I tried from the PC (192.168.201.5)

192.168.201.1 - pinging (ve201)

192.168.2.30 also pinging (icx7250 e 1/1/1)

192.168.2.1 -not pinging (mux)

Re: ip route not working

[ Edited ]

It seems that the 192.168.2.1 is missing the route to 192.168.201.0/24

I suggest checking the routing table there and confirm.

Kind Regards,

Os
