I'm trying to figure out if I can adjust the hold queues (ingress and egress) on Ethernet interfaces for NetIron XMR series routers?
I am looking for an example on how to adjust the queue depth on an interface in the event that interface becomes momentarily oversubscribed so as not to drop packets.
I’ve been going through the “NetIron 05100 Config Guide” (PDF file from the knowledge portal) and can’t seem to find information on this subject.
Does Brocade provide an equivalent command for Cisco’s “hold-queue 4096 out” (applied at the interface level)?
Any help would be much appriciated.
