When it happens? We have identified two events.
When we call an extension the telephone get reset and using speak mode also
In the restart process, may cause a short cut data since it usually has equipment connected to the Switch that available to telephones in the back.
We placed a power adapter for the yealinks telephones
The Yealink devices may have a general failure, as presented to us in the only two models we have
what can be the problem?
and a possible solution regardless of the power adapter

i found those telepones are not supported by brocade
but why this happen?
