difference between brocade fabric operating system and ironware operating system

Is there any difference between brocade fabric operating system vs ironware operating system in case of vlan creation commands, add a port as access port and add a port as trunk port commands .

Yes

FOS is designed for FC switches and as such has no understanding of VLAN as far as I understood.

It does have command to allow trunking on a port or lock it as F-port, but that's all on the FC ports.

Could you be confiused with NOS which runs on the VDX platform?
