[brocade ICX] how to look up the pvid of dual-mode ports

Hi,

I don't know how to look up the pvid of dual-mode ports for Brocade ICX 6610. You know, there is a field called "pvid" in the output of "show interfaces brief". But in terms of a dual-mode port, it means the dual-mode VLAN ID number, which is not the pvid.

Anyone can help? Thanks

Re: [brocade ICX] how to look up the pvid of dual-mode ports

Hi @jasonliu119,

The output of the show interfaces brief command lists the port default VLAN IDs (PVIDs) for each port. PVIDs are displayed as follows:

For untagged ports, the PVID is the VLAN ID number.

For dual-mode ports, the PVID is the dual-mode VLAN ID number.

For tagged ports without dual-mode, the PVID is always Not Applicable (NA).

Hope that helps.

Hi, @DennisMSmith

Thank you so much for you reply. But I am still not 100% clear.

You said "For dual-mode ports, the PVID is the dual-mode VLAN ID number."

I guess that this dual-mode VLAN ID number is the default VLAN ID of that dual-mode port, right?

Thanks

Jason
