This is the time of year for reflections, and one of the hottest topics from this past year is OpenStack. on the past year, it becomes obvious that OpenStack is on people's minds where cloud computing is concerned.
There's good reason for this. OpenStack provides an intriguing option for many types of providers and enterprises. Telcos looking to become cloud service providers are giving it a long look, and enterprises needing to scale data are taking notice as well.
OpenStack has gained good traction this past year, and it's no surprise that providers who prefer open structures are the first to jump on the technology. OpenStack is gaining new followers every day, and RackSpace's passion for the technology is obvious. As supporters of open networking, Brocade has likewise brought in OpenStack to our cloud-optimized network solutions.
