We're undergoing an E-Rate audit and I was wondering if there was a way to use BNA to show the number and type of the SFPs begin used on our Brocade switches/routers.

I ran your question by a TAC representative and this was their reponse:
"If they are running BNA 14.0.x or higher they can right click on a switch and select Port Optics (SFP). This will provide a report of which optics are installed in that particular switch. They can then highlight and export the data to a table for something like Excel. We don’t have the ability to do an entire fabric at once."
I hope this answers your question - if you're in need of further assistance, please let us know.

Yes, there is a command line equivalent that works on a per switch basis.
Hope this helps!

My apologies, @ctavernier! I thought this was regarding FOS based switches (the command I gave you is for FOS only).
Now that I know we're dealing with ICX, try these commands:
show media --->For a list of all optics in a device
show media validation --->Displays show media info along with optic manufacturer
show media ethernet 1/3/1 --->For details (manufacturer, S/N, etc.) on a specific optic, it must be done at the port level
The below link will show you a sample output of the commands above and other pertinent information:
