We have couple Brocade ICX 6430-24 switches which we want to configure. But since I am new to networking and more of a SAN guy, I do no understand where to start with.
Issue: We running out of public IPs and want to configure this Network switch as a Jump server.
are Public IP subnets are 172.18.18.x 172.18.19.x and 172.18.20.x. But we know want to use the private subnet too.
example 192.168.10.x 192.168.20.x and 192.168.30.x.
And our goal to that both public and private subnets can communicate with each other.
Can you please tell the steps in doing this.

Different terminology is used from different vendors.
1- Create a different VLAN per subnet.
2- Assign the right ports to the right VLAN.
3- Designate an uplink port as trunk port to allow the VLANs to access the router.
4- In the router, you will need to create sub interface that correspond to the right VLANs. How to do this? This will depend on the router brand, model and features available.
By the way, 172.18.x.x subnet is consider private IP address scheme and not public.
These are the private subnet ranges:
10.0.0.0 - 10.255.255.255
172.16.0.0 - 172.31.255.255
192.168.0.0 - 192.168.255.255
