Question about ICX 6430/6450

Sorry, I would ask about ICX 6430/6450 and 1/10gbps SFP ports. This ports in only for Stacking or i can connect any device witch fiber (like a server for example) . And my another question is about PoE.

In this document say Poe Class 3 ports and Poe+Ports.. what´s the diference? . Because i need a switch with 48 ports in which I will connect Pc alone and in other ports Telephone IP and Pc

You can connect anything on your 1/10Gb SFP.

Port 1 and 3 are used for stacking with 10Gb link.

You need to buy a license to use port 2 and 4 at 10Gb (without license they will only be 1Gb).

Poe Class 3 gives 6.49 to 12.95 watts of power by port.

Poe-plus is another norm that give even more power (about 30 watts)

It is possible to use the 10G that comes enabled on the 6450 as non-stacking ports if desired, BTDT.

And a 48 port 6400 series POE switch can do all 48 ports at 15w or ~24 ports at 30w.  You can get all 48 ports to run 30w if you employ the EPS1500.
