Need the new firmware version

Dear Brocade Support,

 

Please find the attached below items. Brocade MLXe-8 firmware is an old version, please give  me the new updated firmware version

Please see the below for the references. I cant wait for another one day for this issue, please reply me immediately, because we have contract

With the client.

For first, I moved you post in correct Forum

With the client.

 

...you can download Firmware in MyBrocade with a valid Support and Maintenance Contract.

 

Otherwise, you have to open a TAC with the Brocade Support.

I believe you do not want to understand me ?

 

First at all:

 

IM NOT BROCADE Or Bracadian Employs !!!

 

For this reason make absolutely no sense that you send me such email and ask for Firmware, apart on that I’m not authorized to distribute Software or Firmware.

 

Second, FW are available as Saied yesterday in my answer in you Threads, trough MyBrocade for Download with a valid Support Contract.

 

With or without, if you are not Familirly with Brocade, ask by you Customer about Support Contract and then open a TAC with Brocade.

 

I hope this help to resolve you problem.
