MRP: NetIron connected to 6910

Hi everybody

I need an information: is it possible to connect together a NetIron 800 (the old one) and a 6910 using MRP on both? That is, creating a ring with 2 NetIron 800 and 1 Brocade6910?

+------NetIron800-------+

|                             |

|     MRP RING     6910

|                             |

+---NetIron800----------+

otherwise: Brocade 6910 supports MRP (both v1 and/or v2)?

thanks in advance

As far as I know MRP is not supported on 6910.

You have to use ERP (G.8032) which is supported on 6910 and NetIron's, but unfortunately not on FastIrons

I'm not sure about NetIron 800. But ERP is supported on latest NetIrons (CER, CES, MLX)
