can any one advise me on that issue.

NP Ingress dropped 22 packets after clearing counters.

There are many reasons that could by why it is droping packets.
An easy one to check would be to it if any tag packets ( e.g. vlan 100) are comming in that the interface is not configured to receive (no "tagged vlan 100 on the interface").
also are the ports together e.g. port 1 and 2 on the same card or 3 and 4 on the same card?

ok - I suggest that you contact the Brocade TAC on this one.
if the two ports are 5/1 and 5/2 their share the same packet processor and same memory. it is possible that the dropped packet on these two port are related to memory. Not to say it is though .
Rconsole to the card and see if you can see any error there. If you are not sure how to do that then please go though support as this is getting a bit deep for guess work.
e.g. rconsole 5
show int e 5/1
look for CRC errors.
