ICX7450 and the "priority ignore-8021p" command

I'm on a Brocade ICX 7450 with 8.0.30 software, and configuring QoS.  I want to avoid 802.1p pushing frames into the queues, as we're solely running on DSCP for QoS.

According to the instructions, 802.1p will automatically be trusted by default unless I add "priority ignore-8021p" under the physical  interface configuration, but the command is not recognised.

I had a similar problem with the ip access-group command until google found me the "enable acl-per-port-per-vlan" command and interfaces under the "ve" interface instead of physical as shown in the docs, hence I'm not confident the instruction manuals have all of the information I need.

Has anyone here had any experience of how "priority ignore-8021p" is configured?

Re: ICX7450 and the "priority ignore-8021p" command

Hi Lauren,

I can confirm that the command seems to be missing from ICX7450.

I suggest you raise a case with Brocade TAC so they can engage Engineering to confirm whether it this is a software or a documentation Defect ,aka switch working as designed.

Hope this helps addressing your concern,

Kind Regards,
