Re: FWS648GPOE

Hi,

This is the correct forum for that switch.

The config guide can be found at  http://www.brocade.com/downloads/documents/product_manuals/B_FastIron/FastIron_07202_ConfigGuide.pdf

The firmware, MIB's, release notes and config guides are all at this location.

Thanks

Michael.

Re: FWS648GPOE

I suppose it was but manuals just contain everything and nothing.

I found lots about tagging and creating dual mode but no reversing.

Ethernet 0/1/26 is in

vlan 10

vlan 20

Dual mode port.

Ethernet 0/1/26 needs

membership in vlan20 removed.

Then untagged in vlan10.

That's what I am looking for to do.

Thanks

Re: FWS648GPOE

Hi email,

well your information is not pretty clear:

Ethernet 0/1/26 is in

vlan 10

vlan 20

Dual mode port

Do you mean, that e0/1/26 is tagged in vlan 10 and 20?

And there is the command "dual-mode" in the interface config?

If it is like this, then you should do:

interface e0/1/26

no dual-mode

vlan 10

no tagged e0/1/26

vlan 20

no tagged e0/1/26

vlan 10

untagged e0/1/26

Afterwards e0/1/26 would be an untagged member of VLAN 10 only; not accepting any tagged packets anymore.

Hope this helps,

Karl
