FWS Trunk Configuration Shows 1GB instead of 2GB

I have a trunk using 2 GBic’s on two FWS switches. When I do a show trunk, I see that the speed shows as 1G. If I have two 1G ports configured, shouldn’t the speed be 2G?

show trunk

Configured trunks:

Trunk ID: 1

Hw Trunk ID: 1

Ports_Configured: 2

Primary Port Monitored: Jointly

Ports         0/1/1   0/1/2

Port Names    none    none

Port_Status   enable  enable

Monitor       off     off

Rx Mirr Port  N/A     N/A

Tx Mirr Port  N/A     N/A

Monitor Dir   N/A     N/A

Operational trunks:

Trunk ID: 1

Hw Trunk ID: 1

Duplex: Full

Speed: 1G

Tag: Yes

Priority: level0

Active Ports: 2

Ports         0/1/1   0/1/2

Link_Status   active  active

port_state    Forward Forward

Re: FWS Trunk Configuration Shows 1GB instead of 2GB

This shows single member port speed not aggregated bandwidth.

Eg. 4Gbps LAG on FLS:

#sh trunk et 0/1/3 to 0/1/6

Configured trunks:

Trunk ID: 3
Hw Trunk ID: 1
Ports_Configured: 4
Primary Port Monitored: Individually

Ports         0/1/3   0/1/4   0/1/5   0/1/6
Port Names    GE to * GE to * GE to * GE to *
Port_Status   enable  enable  enable  enable
Monitor       off     off     off     off
Rx Mirr Port  N/A     N/A     N/A     N/A
Tx Mirr Port  N/A     N/A     N/A     N/A
Monitor Dir   N/A     N/A     N/A     N/A

Operational trunks:

Trunk ID: 3
Hw Trunk ID: 1
Duplex: Full
Speed: 1G
Tag: Yes
Priority: level0
Active Ports: 4

Ports         0/1/3   0/1/4   0/1/5   0/1/6
Link_Status   active  active  active  active
port_state    Forward Forward Forward Forward
LACP_Status   ready   ready   ready   ready

Re: FWS Trunk Configuration Shows 1GB instead of 2GB

how can we check aggregated bandwidth we really get from the trunked ports? for example i have two 10Gbps card in trunk, i want to make sure i am getting the maximum out of those ports. How can i configure to get the maximum and then how do i measure it? Is there switch inbuild commands or tools which i could make use for this?
