Connection problem occuring while enabling the backup VE interface

Dears

I am using Foundry ServerIron 450.

I have two set (Primary and secondary) of production servers connected to primary and secondary Foundries, at the same time I have few test servers connected to primary foundry only which is also accessible from Internet.

Production servers gateway is ve-3. VLAN is 3 Testing servers gateway is ve-45 VLAN 111 Connected interface speed-duplex is 1000-full.

There is no problem in L4/7 functionality.

When I enable the ve 3 interface on secondary foundry, only one Network(Production or Testing) will be accessible at a time. After a short period of time the reachable Network will be down and other will come up.It is working when I disable the secondary VE.Please help.
