802.1w with MCT

I have the basic MC setup between my 2 7750s and on my uplink LAG to Cisco switches,I have RSTP enable. I see from the guide that RSTP is not recommemded with MCT.But this is for educational purposes. I enabled rstp on all my  6 VLANs. My question is why vlan 41 did not diable rstp on all uplinks ports like the over vlans?

 Thx

1/1/1 - 1/1/9 are the uplinks

1/21 & 1/2/3 are MCT ICL links.
