VDX7640 Keeps Displayng disk->start 7665663 cmd->start 0 nstart 7665663 disk name /vsmgr/vd@usb0/vda01

[ Edited ]

We have 2 x VDX6740 and both of them keep repeating this same error:

disk->start 7665663 cmd->start 0 nstart 7665663 disk name /vsmgr/vd@usb0/vda01

create_new_partition_table part_no 2 no_of_parts 2
[3] restart_guest_remap: self is calling remap_restart_unc due to standby and hcall_partition_restart_ha.
[2] loading binary image from 0x79fff000 to 0x3000000
[2] Loading uImage from 0x78000000 to 0
[2] branching to guest p2-linux, 2 cpus
HV> GTG Peer GOS reset

Both are running NOS7.2.0. Unfortunately we do not have a active support so we can't book a call with support to resolve. Does anyone have any instructions on how to fix this issue?

Thanks

Hi,

As per other post this type of problem is not easily rectified without support from Brocade technical support.

You may need to open a time and materials case with Brocade support, or alternatively get a service contract

Regards

Mick

I can't get a service contract as we bought it on eBay!
