The question about fcoelogin for 2 FCoE switch in 1 network

I setup 2 FCoE switches(HP 2408) in 1 network, the one FCoE vlan is vlan5, the other is vlan10.

The ethernet upstream of two switches is connected to  one network environment via ethernet switch.

The SAN upstream of two switches also is connected to one SAN.

When I run the command "fcoelogincfg --show" in the two FCoE switches, they printed the same information as followed,

(login group A is created on switchA, B is created on switchB)

Can anybody explain why the two switches can see both fcoelogin groups of them?

What does that means?

Can I prevent this happen?

sansw:admin> fcoelogincfg --show
No ongoing transaction
