We have port security configured in the environment.I have observed that couple of machines fail to go online when port security is enabled. After working with MS to diagnose everything on the OS side it was determined that the end client is sending domain credentials for 802.1X authentication, but the authenticator is not responding to the request.
Here is a snippet of network trace
Port(2): Sent an Eapol start packet
Port(2): Completed the 802.1X authentication because no authenticator was found
Another network engineer has been succesful in the past just changing the port and all is good. I am wondering if anyone has come across such issue.
