How to assign Priority for Ethernet COS?

Hi,

I am having a CNA connected to one of the brocade port. I hard coded the priority on the CNA port to be 1. I want to assign the same priority to the connected port on the brocade switch.

I did the following steps.

switch(config)#interface tengigabitethernet 0/11
switch(conf-if-te-0/11)#qos cos 1

switch(conf-if-te-0/11)#exit

switch(config)# qos map cos-traffic-class test 0 7 1 2 3 4 5 6 (as i wanted incoming CoS 1 to have higher priority, I gave a higher value)

switch(config)interface tengigabitethernet 0/11

switch(conf-if-te-0/11)#qos cos-traffic-class test
% Error: QoS is not in non-CEE Provisioning mode

I am stuck at this error. Is this the right way to enable priority on the ethernet port? I get the same error if i skip this step and go ahead and perform  per priority pause syntax

switch(conf-if-te-0/11)#qos flowcontrol pfc 1 tx on rx on
% Error: QoS is not in non-CEE Provisioning mode

Thanks,
