How do I enable access to the WebGUI using HTTPS/SSL? I do have an HTTPS button at the entry page but it does not work... is there anything I have to do to enable it? HTTP access is working perfectly.

The HTTPS button at the entry page is there by default but you have to put a certificate at the ServerIron first of all in case you want to do the management using HTTPS.
There are two options:
Option 1: use a default certificate
Option 2: use a real certificate
Option 1: use the following command to generate it:
ServerIron(config)# crypto-ssl certificate generate default_cert
Option 2: use the following commands to move your certificate to the ServerIron:
to copy the certificate from a TFTP server:
ServerIron(config)# ip ssl certificate-date-file tftp <ip-address> <filename>
to copy the key from a TFTP server:
ServerIron(config)# ip ssl private-key-file tftp <ip-address> <filename>
prepare the certificate to be used:
ServerIron(config)#crypto-ssl certificate generate
Notes out of the documentation:
• Imported certificates can be no larger than 2048 bytes.
• Encrypted private key files (DES, DES3 or other ciphers) are not supported. Private key files must be unencrypted; private keys greater than 1024 bits are not supported; and private key files must be either 512 or 1024 bits.
My 2 cents...
