several of our ADX are reporting incorrect sysuptime if using RFC 1213 sysUptime .188.8.131.52.184.108.40.206.0. This is most likely due the length of the variable (32bit). I have been looking in the MIB documentation for a different MIB unsuccessfully. Could anybody point out to a different MIB OID?

Unfortunately, it appears from this page in the ADX documentation that not all of the RFC 1213 objects are supported. http://www.brocade.com/downloads/documents/html_product_manuals/MIB_IP_SEP2013/wwhelp/wwhimpl/js/html/wwhelp.htm#href=mib_standard.04.09.html#1164559. I also searched unsuccessfully for an alternative as well. This might make a good RFE though.

Thanks for the comment.
both at and egp are obsolete by now. In any case I do agree, Brocade's documentation does not seem to provide their own MIB for the sysuptime, at least from my (and your) researches
