Re: How do I mix DSR (direct server return) and non-DSR services using the Brocade ServerIrons?

This is actually pretty simple. There is no problem if you want to mix them. You can even have DSR and non-DSR service below the same virtual server.

Your virtual server can look like

server virtual myVirt 192.168.100.100

  port 80

  port 8080 dsr

  bind 80 real1 80 real2 80

  bind 8080 real3 8080 real4 8080

This is combining a non-DSR service (port 80) and a DSR service (port 8080) below the same virtual server. Please have a look at the documentation related to the configuration of your real server to be ready to work with DSR.
