we have ADX-1000 and Oracle EBS two application nodes, most of the time users are complaining about the application disconnection and an error displays "network disconnection ......etc)"
Oracle EBS R12 is java application and SSL is enabled on this web application also. we have raised this issue with oracle support and they said its related to network not the application.
we have changed the network switches but the problem still persists. i have executed the following command on ADX,

this displays the input errors, i am not sure about this, can i know further deep details/debug how to troubleshoot this problem
Is it related to ADX loadbalancer or not ?

is the error counter increasing with users getting disconnected?
Can you configure a fixed port speed on the ADX and the connected switches?
Maybe you can provide a configuration or parts of it.
To further troubleshoot this you can use the packet capture utility and run it for one client.

One more thing, i can ping the VIP at the time of disconnection but the Application response is network disconnection. i have configured the syslog for this, but i cann't see any log requests from end user for https traffic, while i can see http traffic in syslog .
