Unable to view v5600 router in BVC 1.2 Network topology

Hi Team,

We are trying a proof of concept for SDN + NFV. Our setup using BVC 1.2, 2X v5600, 2X hosts [Linux].

We followed the installation documentation from Brocade without issue, first installing BVC 1.2, then adding the Path Explorer app and finally the 5600 EMS app.

In vRouter [5600] we enabled netconf and add the netconf-ssh port of 830 to the configuration, able to view the device under Vyatta vRouter 5600 EMS link.

But the BVC Network topology won’t collect and display any connected devices.

If we use the Mininet, then the BVC topology displays the hosts & open-flow switch.

Do we need to do any additional configuration in BVC or v5600 in order to get the Network topology?

BVC 1.2 it-self holds open flow switch or we need to use any additional OVS ?

Please share your valuable inputs in resolving this issue.

Thanks & Regards

Manibalan M
